About the road
Sa Calobra drops from the Coll dels Reis to a cove on Mallorca's north coast, so cyclists ride down to the sea and climb back up it: through the Tramuntana's hairpins and the Nus de sa Corbata, where the road loops under itself like the knot of a tie.
It is the climb of every winter training camp on the island. Ride it at home, the sea behind you all the way up.
Also known as Coll dels Reis, the Ma-2141, Nus de sa Corbata, the tie knot.
How to ride it on your trainer
- Open longvoie in Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop. It is free: an email and a code to sign in, no password, no card.
- Connect your trainer: any smart trainer that speaks FTMS (Wahoo, Tacx, Elite…), or a power meter, and a heart-rate strap if you have one. No trainer yet? Ride on the keys.
- Pick Sa Calobra. longvoie sets your trainer's resistance as the road climbs and eases it as it falls, and you ride it in 3D, on the real street.
- Stop whenever you like. Your next ride starts from the metre you stopped at.
