About the road
Part six of Munich to Istanbul follows the Via Militaris, the Roman road to Constantinople. It leaves Belgrade for Smederevo and its fortress on the Danube, then turns south up the valley of the Great Morava through Velika Plana, Jagodina, Ćuprija and Paraćin, and on by Aleksinac to Niš.
Niš was the Roman city of Naissus, where Constantine the Great was born.

How to ride it on your trainer
